Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the ebike in its original factory box with all foam inserts, tools, charger, and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
